ppbLocation: /b Zurichbr/bStart date: /b immediately - flexiblebr/bDuration: /b 12 months - with possibility of extensionbr/bKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liDesign, develop, test, and deploy robust functionalities integrated across trading and back-office ecosystems /li liEnsure end-to-end ownership of critical services, guaranteeing high availability and minimal production downtime /li liLead integration efforts between Front Arena and upstream/downstream systems /li liPerform root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents efficiently /li liConduct thorough reviews to uphold quality, security, and alignment with architectural standards /li liIdentify and implement system improvements to boost performance, scalability, and operational resilience /li liContribute to change and release management processes within an agile (SAFe) delivery framework /li liUphold ethical conduct, risk discipline, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or a related discipline /li li5+ years of hands-on development with AMAS, AFG, AIMS and AMAS interaction with PRIME /li liSolid understanding of capital markets, particularly structured products and equity derivatives /li liGood knowledge of Market Making using AMAS and PRIME /li liProven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders /li liComfortable working under pressure, with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise dynamically /li liCustomer-focused mindset with empathy, adaptability, and a hands-on, solution-driven attitude /li liVery strong communication and planning skills /li liVery good English language skills (written and verbal) /li liStrong team player with proven experience leading teams /li liCustomer-oriented, with a focus on supporting an organisation in developing and providing solutions /li liHigh level of self-motivation to drive initiatives and lead change /li liWillingness to bring in new ideas and initiate changes /li /ul pDue to Swiss work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from EU citizens or holders of valid working permit in Switzerland. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
