Make it yours! /p h3Seniority Level: /h3 pAB InBev is seeking a Global Warehouse Fleet Manager for our Logistics Operations team in Switzerland. /p h3Purpose: /h3 pThe Global Warehouse Fleet Manager is responsible for optimizing the performance, utilization, and total cost of ownership of a global fleet of warehouse material handling equipment across AB InBev Breweries and Distribution Centers. This role leverages telematics, operational data, and financial analysis to improve asset productivity, challenge fleet size requirements, and guide capital investment decisions. Through strong cross functional collaboration and influence, the role establishes global fleet management standards, drives cost savings, and enhances fleet governance across all zones. /p h3The role: /h3 ul liDevelop and lead the global strategy for warehouse fleet optimization across owned and leased material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, AGVs, etc). /li liUtilize telematics and operational data to improve asset utilization and productivity. /li liConduct fleet rightsizing analysis through benchmarking, historical data, and future volume planning. /li liIdentify and deliver opportunities to reduce fleet ownership, leasing, maintenance, and operating costs to improve total cost of ownership (TCO). /li liEvaluate fleet investment requests and provide recommendations for capital allocation based on utilization, operational requirements, and financial returns. /li liValidate financial business cases, including investment costs, savings opportunities, ROI and payback in alignment with Global Finance policies. /li liWork closely with Global Procurement and fleet suppliers to improve fleet performance and costs. /li liSupport strategic fleet related initiatives and ensure alignment with broader warehouse productivity and operational excellence objectives. /li liMaintain and enhance the Global Technical Specifications for warehouse material handling equipment in collaboration with Safety and Warehouse teams. /li liExplore and implement innovative solutions for equipment optimization in collaboration with the Warehouse Automation Manager. /li /ul h3Who we’re looking for: /h3 ul liUniversity degree in a relevant field e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics. /li li8+ years of professional experience in warehouse capacity planning, industrial engineering, warehouse engineering, supply chain strategy, network design, or a related field. /li liProven experience managing or optimizing material handling equipment fleets, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, or similar assets. /li liStrong experience utilizing telematics platforms and fleet analytics to drive operational and financial improvements. /li liDemonstrated expertise in financial analysis, total cost of ownership evaluation, and CAPEX business case development. /li liAdvanced analytical skills with experience developing reporting and performance dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools. /li liExperience influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and regions in a global organization. /li liStrong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution across global stakeholders. /li liLanguages: English (intermediate-advanced); Spanish/Portuguese preferred. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA meritocratic culture where your efforts are recognized and rewarded. /li liOpportunities for global networking, skill development, and career growth. /li liA diverse and inclusive environment where collaboration and innovation thrive. /li liThe chance to be creative, take ownership, and drive impactful change. /li /ul h3We Dream Big /h3 pIf you dream big but don't meet every requirement listed, we still encourage you to apply.
