You will lead the ERP team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our ERP platform supports efficient, scalable, and compliant operations across all regions. This is a unique opportunity to work with a modern, cloud-based ERP landscape, collaborating with process owners, developers, and key users to deliver impactful solutions. /ppThe position is based in Horw, Switzerland. /pulliLead global ERP team of developers, functional consultants and solution architects responsible for D365 FO across multiple timezones. /liliAnalyze, challenge, and translate business needs into efficient, low-risk processes and high-level software requirements. /liliPlan and moderate business process workshops with stakeholders. /liliCollect, document, and analyze business requirements; transform them into actionable software requirements. /liliDefine and manage work packages for ERP development and configuration changes. /liliOversee the configuration, implementation, and testing of new features and improvements in D365 FO . /liliManage theD365 environment maintenance, platform upgrades, and improvement schedules. /liliAct as product owner for the D365 solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements. /liliSupportusers with ERP help-desk topics and coordinate support activities within the ERP team. /liliEnsure documentation of all processes, configurations, and changes according to Toradex standards. /liliFoster empowered users and continuous improvement practices. /liliLiaise with stakeholders to prioritize future changes and strategic initiatives. /liliStay up to date with D365 standard features and drive adoption of new capabilities where beneficial. /li /ulh3Skills /h3ulliProven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and related business processes. /liliTechnical understanding of ERP systems, integrations, and data management. /liliStrong business and software background; able to communicate effectively with both process owners and technical teams. /liliExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliStrong documentation and process mapping abilities. /liliFluent in English (written and spoken). /li /ulh3About you /h3ulliYou enjoy solving problems and taking on difficult challenges. /liliIf you don’t know the answer, you will dig until you find it. /liliYou communicate clearly.
