You will work closely with the country leadership team, joint partners (Sales Programs/Strategy/Marketing) and global enablement teams to ensure the field is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. regional and global enablement planning cycles (e.g., Q3 planning, annual roadmap) /li liApply strong prioritisation and decision‑making skills to focus resources on the highest‑impact initiatives /li /ul h3Program Design Delivery /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and deliver engaging enablement programs including onboarding, product training, sales methodology, and skills development /li liFacilitate workshops, live training sessions, and virtual learning experiences for sales teams /li liLeverage a variety of learning modalities (e‑learning, instructor‑led, peer learning, coaching) to meet diverse learner needs /li liLocalize global North wide enablement content to ensure relevance for the Swiss market and culture /li liManage multiple projects and topics simultaneously, thriving in a
