Join us and contribute to the Migros company.You will:- Survey the specific requirements of users and ensure their technical implementation, mainly in the area of operational sites, as well as timely planning and introduction of necessary conversion measures.- Monitor investment and construction costs as well as manage and control buildings and infrastructure.- Review specifications, plans, and technical descriptions for building and infrastructure facilities in accordance with applicable internal and external standards.- Review tenders in construction and infrastructure.- Manage suppliers and manufacturers in construction and infrastructure, track execution and cost development, and carry out acceptances.- Participate in the drafting of work contracts, participate in negotiations, and represent the interests of the client.- Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with defined standards.- Coordinate various specialists to achieve project goals.What you bring:- Education: Completed degree (University/ETH, University of Applied Sciences, College of Higher Education)- Field of study: Master's or Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or technician in construction management with 5-10 years of experience- Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing large and complex construction projects, desirable- Person who is able to work independently and in a structured manner, think in a networked way, set priorities, and be resilient- Good Office and SAP skills- German (B2)- French (B2)What we offer you:- Flexible workplace / Home Office: Up to 2 days home office- Maternity leave / Paternity leave: 18 weeks paid maternity leave / 8 weeks (4 weeks paid and 4 weeks unpaid)- Occupational pension: Comprehensively covered in the Migros pension fund - with first-class benefits- Social benefits: 730 days of sick pay at full net salary- Catering: Balanced lunch menu/buffet in the canteen max.
