Aircraft Finalization & Maintenance Lead

We are looking for an experienced aviation maintenance professional to lead aircraft completion modification and maintenance activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety quality compliance and on-time delivery. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership supporting both operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a dynamic maintenance environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate aircraft maintenance modification and completion activities in accordance with approved technical data and company procedures

• Supervise daily work activities allocate resources and ensure projects are delivered safely efficiently and on schedule

• Ensure full compliance with EASA Part-21 and Part-145 requirements including:

  • Aircraft inspections

  • Torque application and verification

  • Installation and verification of locking devices

  • Sealing procedures

  • Inserts installation

  • EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems) requirements

• Verify that maintenance documentation task sign-offs tool control and inspection processes are completed accurately

• Perform certification and inspection duties within the scope of authorization including return-to-service activities where applicable

• Ensure the correct use handling and control of tools equipment and aircraft materials

• Promote a strong safety culture teamwork accountability and continuous improvement

Job requirements

Qualifications

• Valid EASA Part-66 B1 and/or C Aircraft Maintenance License with relevant aircraft type ratings

• 5 years hands on experience in aircraft base maintenance

• 4 years of experience as Part-21 Certifying Staff.

• Strong knowledge of Part-21 and Part-145 regulations and compliance requirements

• Team leadership supervisory or lead technician experience
