Azure Cloud Engineer (English speaking)

pFor a long-term internal cloud engineering project at a leading consulting company in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer. /p ul liEnsure the stability, security and reliable operation of Azure cloud platforms, including a Swiss Sovereign Cloud environment. /li liDesign, implement and maintain Azure infrastructure and cloud services. /li liDevelop and enhance Infrastructure as Code solutions using Bicep. /li liBuild and improve cloud automation using PowerShell, Python and Ansible. /li liSupport cloud operations, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous service improvement. /li liIntegrate business applications into Azure cloud environments. /li liSupport hybrid cloud infrastructures across Windows and Linux environments. /li liIndependently manage assigned technical workstreams. /li liCollaborate with engineering teams, application owners and other stakeholders. /li liPromote automation, operational excellence and Azure cloud engineering best practices. /li /ul ul liSeveral years of experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer, Azure Infrastructure Engineer or in a comparable role. /li liStrong hands-on experience with Azure administration and platform engineering. /li liExcellent knowledge of: ul liMicrosoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services /li liAzure DevOps /li liBicep /li liAnsible /li liPowerShell /li liPython /li /ul /li liProven experience with Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation. /li liStrong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems. /li liGood knowledge of Azure networking concepts. /li liExperience with hybrid cloud environments. /li liStrong troubleshooting and operational support capabilities. /li liAbility to independently take ownership of technical initiatives. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluent English skills. ul liMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate – AZ-104 /li liMicrosoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert – AZ-400 /li /ul /li /ul
