All of them. /p pThis is not a back-office bookkeeping job. You'll run the finance function of a fast-growing food company, and you'll build the automated accounting infrastructure that lets our restaurant partners run their virtual restaurant business without ever touching a spreadsheet. What you build becomes a core part of our partner product. /p pYou report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Growth and Operations teams. /p pWhat you'll do /p pstrongRun the books. /strong Full ownership of accounting for Future Kitchens AG: accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, month-end close, VAT filings, all under Swiss OR requirements. /p pstrongPrepare weekly partner payouts. /strong Every week, 55+ partner restaurants get paid. You reconcile platform revenue (Just Eat, Uber Eats, Wolt), apply the commercial terms, and make sure every payout is correct and on time. Partners trust us with their revenue. You're the reason that trust holds. /p pstrongPrepare financial statements. /strong Monthly, quarterly, and annual statements for management, the board, and investors. Clean, on time, decision-ready. /p pstrongBuild financial dashboards. /strong Real-time visibility on revenue, margins, payouts, and store-level performance. For management, for the board, and for partners. If it matters, it's on a dashboard, and it's current. /p pstrongBuild the automated accounting practice for partners. /strong This is the big one. You'll design and roll out a fully automated accounting service for our restaurant partners: payout reconciliation, revenue reporting, and clean books, delivered as a product, not a service desk. Manual work is a bug, not a feature. /p pstrongRun payroll. /strong Monthly payroll for all internal staff: salaries, AHV/IV/EO, ALV, BVG, accident insurance, withholding tax, and annual salary certificates. Accurate, compliant, zero drama. /p h2Requirements /h2 pWhat you bring /p ul liCompleted commercial or finance education (Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, ideally on the path to expert level, or equivalent) /li li3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in Switzerland, ideally in a high-transaction-volume environment (gastronomy, retail, e-commerce, marketplaces) /li liSolid command of Swiss accounting standards (OR), Swiss VAT, and Swiss payroll including social insurance /li liStrong systems mindset: you automate before you delegate, and you'd rather build a workflow once than repeat a task weekly /li liConfident with modern accounting software (Bexio, Abacus, or similar) and comfortable connecting tools via integrations and automation platforms /li liAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with BI or dashboard tools is a strong plusFluent German, professional English /li liYou're precise under deadline pressure.
