Als Senior Business & Cost Controller gestaltest du die finanzielle Steuerung aktiv mit datengetrieben effizient und zukunftsorientiert.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich
-Du verantwortest das Businesscontrolling für ausgewählte Einheiten und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für das Management

-Du führst Budget Forecast und strategische Planungsprozesse auf SeniorLevel durch und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter

-Du analysierst komplexe PerformanceTreiber und übersetzt Zahlen in klare Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Business Stories

-Du bist zuständig für das Kosten-Controlling von Teilen des Corporate Centers

-Du treibst die Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung von ControllingProzessen voran z.B. durch den Einsatz von AIbasierten Analysen Advanced Analytics oder SelfServiceReporting

-Du engagierst dich aktiv in team- und bereichsübergreifenden Optimierungs- und Transformationsprojekten und etablierst neue Controlling-Standards nachhaltig

Deine Stärken
-Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Finance Controlling Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit

-Du verfügst über fundierte mehrjährige Erfahrung im Business und Cost Controlling sowie Projekterfahrung idealerweise in einem komplexen regulierten Umfeld

-Du denkst endtoend arbeitest analytisch und verbindest finanzielle Expertise mit einem ausgeprägten BusinessVerständnis

-Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu Digitalisierung Automatisierung und AIgestützten Lösungen (z.B. BITools Advanced Excel Power BI SAP Python oder vergleichbare Technologien)

-Du trittst souverän auf kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe mit Senior Stakeholdern und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Themen

-Du bist verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
