HEG Employee (m/f/x) - 60%

To strengthen our Core Team P&C entities and our Animal Insurance Division, we are looking for an employee, at 60%, from 1 October 2026 for a fixed term of 4 years, as part of an in-service HEG training programme.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Administrative support for the Department Management
• Preparation of translations and summaries of documents via AI
• Creation of PPTX presentations
• Invoice payments

Your profile:

• You are currently undertaking or about to start a higher education course such as HEG in business administration
• Flexible, you are able to adapt to different interlocutors and situations
• You have a keen sense of confidentiality, impeccable reliability and a good team spirit
• You have a strong interest in AI tools and their applications
• You have a good command of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePointOnline, Teams, Forms)
• As a native French speaker, you have a good oral and written understanding of German

You are also naturally curious, conscientious and have an excellent sense of organisation.
