YOUR TASKS

• You develop and implement category strategies and manage assigned procurement categories throughout their entire strategic lifecycle.
• You conduct spend market supplier and demand analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimization potential through data-driven insights.
• You design maintain and enhance KPI dashboards benchmarks and business cases to support informed decision-making.
• You drive the harmonization of products specifications and data structures while promoting standardization and continuous process improvement.
• You lead cross-functional projects facilitate stakeholder committees and collaborate closely with Procurement Hospitals Supply Chain Management and business functions.

YOUR PROFIL

• You hold a university degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field complemented by solid training in Strategic Procurement and Category Management.
• You bring at least five years of experience in Category Management ideally within healthcare or another complex and regulated environment.
• You possess strong analytical capabilities and proven expertise in spend analytics KPI management statistics and data-driven decision-making.
• You successfully navigate complex stakeholder environments build alignment across diverse interest groups and communicate confidently with executive-level stakeholders.
• You work in a structured self-driven and solution-oriented manner have strong SAP MM and Microsoft Office skills and combine a commercial mindset with excellent execution project management capabilities and strong communication skills in German and English.
