What you will do:

• Lead and coordinate procurement activities for assigned portfolios, ensuring continuity of supply, cost competitiveness, and compliance with procurement standards.

• Guide and support the Buyer team, providing direction on priorities, processes, and best procurement practices.

• Manage supplier relationships and drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) initiatives through regular business reviews, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement plans.

• Oversee vendor performance, identifying opportunities to improve delivery reliability, quality, service levels, and regulatory compliance.

• Drive digitalization and process standardization across procurement activities, ensuring effective use of SAP and other procurement tools.

• Collaborate closely with Planning, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Finance, and other stakeholders to support operational excellence and supply chain objectives.

• Contribute to supply chain transformation and improvement projects, including material creation, supplier onboarding, certificate management, logistics optimization, and invoicing process enhancements.

What we are looking for:

• A degree or equivalent experience in SCM, Procurement, or any relevant field.

• Proven experience in SCM & Procurement, preferably in a regulated industry.

• Good knowledge of SAP MM ERP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in English is required; German proficiency is advantageous.

• A great teammate, excelling in collaborating across cross-functional teams.
