As an Event & Brand Experience Intern at Nespresso, your mission is to support the creation and delivery of impactful brand experiences through events, activations, and customer journeys. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with marketing teams, agencies, boutique teams, and external partners. This is your opportunity to make an impact while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship to kick-start your career.

How you’ll make an impact as a Event & Brand Experience Intern

• Support the planning and execution of brand events, from preparation to on-site delivery
• Coordinate event and collaborate with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Contribute to boutique and trade activations, ensuring alignment with brand and customer experience standards
• Assist in managing event materials, stock, and logistics to support multiple activations and campaigns
• Help consolidate post-event reports including KPIs, learnings, and insights to support continuous improvement
• Bring forward creative ideas by researching trends and best practices in the event and experience space
• Support a customer-centric approach across the full experience journey (pre-event, on-site, post-event)

What will make you successful

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Management, Hospitality, Events, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with high motivation and ownership
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and manage pressure effectively
• Interest in brand experience, events, and consumer engagement
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Fluent in English and French; German is a strong plus
