Sales coordinator (M/F)

Job description:
Order and invoicing management
  • Confirm orders and manage invoicing for retrofit projects.
  • Confirm and invoice technical interventions requested by our clients.
  • Confirm and invoice the production of machines in series.
  • Administer maintenance contracts.
  • Confirm orders and submit invoices on various client portals if necessary.
Debt collection follow-up
  • Take proactive and regular actions to recover amounts owed by clients.
Request management via e-Ticketing
  • Resolve various internal and external requests addressed via the e-ticketing service.
Audit preparation and participation
  • Prepare and participate in audits on sales coordination processes, including compliance, internal, ISO and financial audits.
Document management
  • Save and update documents on various platforms such as CRM, SPT, and Project Archiving.

Job requirements:
Federal VET Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualificationGood knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)Experience in sales administration in an international environmentProficiency in an ERP system, ideally SAPComfortable with Microsoft tools, especially ExcelExcellent interpersonal skills enabling cross-functional work with various stakeholders (colleagues, suppliers, clients-) jidac9c4ffaen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
