ppOur client based in canton Vaud is looking for an experienced bElectrical Engineer /b to lead the design, development, and industrialization of complex electronic solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libLead the definition and evolution of electronic specifications /b for products, driving architectural decisions and reviewing electronic schematics and layouts to ensure compliance with bfunctional, EMC, and electrical safety requirements /b. /li libImprove firmware (FW) specifications and embedded C/C++ code /b to ensure seamless integration between electronics and the main software. /li libDerive test requirements from specifications /b, define test plans and methodologies, execute tests, and perform verification and validation (VV) activities with a focus on bquality, compliance, and rigorous execution /b in accordance with the product lifecycle process. /li libLead PCBA transfer and industrialization activities /b in close collaboration with RD, suppliers, production, supply chain, quality, service, and product management teams, ensuring alignment, execution, product quality, and manufacturing readiness. /li libProactively drive technical execution /b, anticipate and mitigate project risks, resolve complex technical and compliance issues, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery through beffective communication and technical leadership /b. /li /ul h3Required Profile /h3 h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liUniversity degree (or equivalent) in bElectronics Engineering /b. /li lib10+ years of experience /b in electronic instrumentation development, including bHW/FW/System-level design and VV skills /b. /li liFull-cycle product development experience, from brequirements to market launch /b, in a regulated environment (proof of concept, complex design, VV under a quality management system). /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liDeep understanding of belectronics engineering disciplines /b, with proven expertise in belectrical safety and EMC standards /b. /li liExperience in bleading complex electronics development or industrialization activities /b, including supplier quality management, quality controls, and test strategy development for bICT/FCT benches /b. /li liProficiency in bembedded C/C++ /b for firmware development and hardware-software integration. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul libHighly autonomous and self-driven /b, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex technical activities, make decisions, prioritize tasks, and coordinate stakeholders. /li liStrong borganizational, communication (oral/written), and interpersonal skills /b to work effectively in global, cross-cultural, and cross-functional teams. /li libProactive mindset, creativity, and adaptability /b to change. /li libFluent in English /b (mandatory); a second language is a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
