You’ll report to bMartin BOHAC /b - Site Project Director RSC in Zürich - CH, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated international teammates. br/You'll specifically take care of delivering international traction projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Engineering Manager, Quality, Procurement, Operations, Contracts and Requirements Managers, Finance, Customers and Suppliers).br/You'll be the person the team turns to for momentum and to push projects forward. No two days are the same, but day-to-day you’ll manage costing schedules, enable those around you to excel, and much more. /p pYou’ll specifically take care of: /p liImplement costs overview for Zurich traction products /li liDevelop and align costs strategies including Design to costs and Resourcing together with Engineering and Procurement /li liContribute to project reporting and documentation to facilitate decision-making in case of savings /li liAgree with project best implementation strategies of new product revisions /li liImplement regular reviews cycle with management and present actual status /li liSupport implementation of automated costing tool per product, variants, and version /li liContribute during Tender costing with your product cost overview /li liFollow up actions with team members, component owners, and procurement to ensure that they are meeting due dates and budget /li liSynchronise and standardize reporting with other sites in France /li pWe’ll look to you for: /p liActively contribute to Project performance /li liAlert in case of deviations impacting project objectives; actively contribute to risks, savings and opportunity management /li liEnsure compliance with applicable rules, instructions and standards, process tools: Code of Ethics Compliance, Environment Health Safety and Quality /li liPlan, monitor, control and manage project end-to-end activities (scope, schedule, resources, cost, risks, saving, opportunities) /li liCoordinate and support consistent cross-functional execution objectives, activities and deliverables (Engineering, RD programs, Procurement, Supply Chain, Indus when applicable, Reliability Availability Maintainability Safety (RAMS), etc.) /li liLead teams in successful achievement of project objectives, synchronize stakeholders at traction level and ensure stakeholder alignments /li liSupport sub-system level decisions and trade-offs, implement change management at sub-system level /li liManage sub-system components and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and report with transparency /li pbr/bAll about you /bbr/We value passion and attitude over experience.
