media strategy across print, digital, social media and outdoor advertising. br/ /lili Coordinate international media plans with subsidiaries, distributors and retail partners. br/ /lili Develop media guidelines and ensure brand consistency across global markets. br/ /lili Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous optimisation. br/ /lili Collaborate closely with the Group's media agency and premium publishing partners. br/ /li /ulp bbr/Advertising Content Production /bbr/ /pulli Lead advertising projects from initial briefing through final delivery. br/ /lili Coordinate creative agencies, photographers, production teams and external partners. br/ /lili Organise product and lifestyle photo and video productions. br/ /lili Ensure the timely delivery of advertising assets across all communication channels. br/ /lili Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the Maison's media platform. br/ /li /ulp bbr/Digital Performance Analytics /bbr/ /pulli Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns alongside Digital and PR teams. br/ /lili Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager. br/ /lili Translate data into actionable insights and practical recommendations. br/ /lili Continuously explore new media opportunities, emerging platforms and innovative communication formats. br/ /li /ulp bbr/Collaboration Business Support /bbr/ /pulli Work closely with Marketing, PR, Digital, Commercial and Finance teams. br/ /lili Manage media budgets with discipline and a strong return-on-investment mindset. br/ Integrated Marketing. br/ /lili Experience gained within the Luxury, Premium, Lifestyle or High-End Consumer Goods sectors is essential. br/ /lili Agency or client-side experience will both be considered. br/ /lili Strong understanding of digital media, performance marketing and campaign analytics. br/ /lili Comfortable managing multiple international projects simultaneously. br/ /lili Excellent organisational and project management skills. br/ /lili Commercial awareness combined with creativity and curiosity. br/ /lili Confident working with budgets, reporting and campaign performance analysis. br/ /lili Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and SAP is advantageous. br/ /lili Fluent English and French are required.
