Communication & Media Manager - Luxury

For an internationally renowned Swiss Luxury Maison, we are currently seeking a talented Media Planning specialist to join its global Marketing team as Communication & Media Manager.

Reporting directly to the VP Head of Marketing, you will work across international markets, collaborating with internal stakeholders, creative agencies and premium media partners to develop impactful campaigns while helping shape the Maison's future media strategy.

Your Mission

Working closely with the VP Head of Marketing, you will contribute to the Maison's international media strategy while taking ownership of its day-to-day execution.

From developing advertising campaigns and coordinating international media plans to analysing performance and identifying new opportunities, your role will combine strategic contribution with a highly operational mindset.

Your Responsibilities

Media Strategy & Campaign Management

• Contribute to the evolution of the Maison's global media strategy across print, digital, social media and outdoor advertising.
  
• Coordinate international media plans with subsidiaries, distributors and retail partners.
  
• Develop media guidelines and ensure brand consistency across global markets.
  
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous optimisation.
  
• Collaborate closely with the Group's media agency and premium publishing partners.
  

Advertising & Content Production

• Lead advertising projects from initial briefing through final delivery.
  
• Coordinate creative agencies, photographers, production teams and external partners.
  
• Organise product and lifestyle photo and video productions.
  
• Ensure the timely delivery of advertising assets across all communication channels.
  
• Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the Maison's media platform.
  

Digital Performance & Analytics

• Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns alongside Digital and PR teams.
  
• Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.
  
• Translate data into actionable insights and practical recommendations.
  
• Continuously explore new media opportunities, emerging platforms and innovative communication formats.
  

Collaboration & Business Support

• Work closely with Marketing, PR, Digital, Commercial and Finance teams.
  
• Manage media budgets with discipline and a strong return-on-investment mindset.
  
• Build lasting relationships with international markets, agencies and media partners.
  
• Support purchasing processes, reporting and administrative follow-up within SAP.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in Media, Advertising or Integrated Marketing.
  
• Experience gained within the Luxury, Premium, Lifestyle or High-End Consumer Goods sectors is essential.
  
• Agency or client-side experience will both be considered.
  
• Strong understanding of digital media, performance marketing and campaign analytics.
  
• Comfortable managing multiple international projects simultaneously.
  
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  
• Commercial awareness combined with creativity and curiosity.
  
• Confident working with budgets, reporting and campaign performance analysis.
  
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and SAP is advantageous.
  
• Fluent English and French are required. Any additional language is a plus.
