Job description

You will join Amaris Consulting as a Project Manager within an international health emergency preparedness and response environment. You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of technology, partnership, and capacity-building projects, supporting digital platforms, decision-support systems, collaborative surveillance initiatives, and data-driven solutions. Depending on project priorities, you may coordinate one or several parallel workstreams in a multicultural and international context.

Your missions

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, budget follow-up, risk and issue management, delivery tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate several parallel project workstreams across technology, partnership, and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Build and maintain project plans, risk registers, results frameworks, governance materials, and monthly status reports.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, monitor deliverables, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication with internal sponsors and external partners across international environments.
  • Prepare progress reports, proposals, governance updates, and executive-level presentations.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes and monitor project success indicators.
  • Support change management activities in line with the applicable project management framework.

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in program or project planning and delivery for complex, cross-functional, or interdependent projects, including international-level initiatives.
  • Experience managing digital platforms, software applications, data products, or decision-support systems involving technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with international and multicultural teams, remotely and/or in person.
  • Experience preparing project plans, project documentation, governance materials, and senior-level presentations.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint; knowledge of MS Visio and MS Project is a plus.
  • Experience with public health, analytics, modelling, generative AI tools, or data-driven decision-support capabilities is a strong advantage.
  • Academic background in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Data Science, Systems Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
  • English fluent. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a changing international environment.
