You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the mechanical development of our cutting-edge lithographic equipment products, contributing to the advancement of technology for our diverse customer segments. /ppThis position reports to the Head of RD (Currently CEO) and is located in Würenlos, Switzerland. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and develop precision mechanical components and systems for lithographic equipment in close collaboration with other RD and production teams /liliContribute to the complete product development lifecycle, from concept to production and testing, ensuring designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and scientists to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly /liliIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in design processes, methodologies, and tools /liliPlan, coordinate, and execute complex engineering projects within specified timelines and budgets /liliImplement rigorous quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of developed products, such as tolerance analysis to ensure high precision requirements /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliP.hD/M.Eng. or equivalent in a related engineering field /liliAt least five to ten years’ experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on the design and development of precision equipment, preferably for semiconductor processing /liliGood knowledge of technical drawings, ability to use technical drawing software at an advanced level /liliAbility to use simulation software for evaluating mechanical performance of parts and systems /liliOutstanding grasp of technology and analytical skills; proven hands-on technical problem solving skills /liliExperience with cleanroom protocols is a plus /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and adaptability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
