Stellenbeschreibungph3About The Role /h3 pThe Manager FPA Cocoa Sourcing is a key member of the Global Cocoa Finance organization and is responsible for financial analysis, performance reporting, forecasting and valuation activities supporting Barry Callebaut (BC) Sourcing. /p pThe role works closely with trading, logistics, risk management, accounting and finance teams to provide transparency on financial performance and support informed decision-making. Through exposure to commodity markets, derivatives, supply chain finance and international trade, the position offers a unique opportunity to develop deep finance expertise within one of the world's leading cocoa sourcing organizations. /p pWith increasing experience, the role is expected to take on broader responsibility for complex analyses, key finance processes, and the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities. /p h3Key Responsibilities Include /h3 ul liOwns the monthly financial closing and reporting activities for BC Sourcing /li liResponsible for daily commodity valuation activities and weekly mark-to-market reporting /li liSupports financial analysis related to trading performance and commodity market developments /li liSupports forecasting and budgeting activities by providing reliable financial insights and recommendations /li liAnalyzes supply chain costs and operational performance drivers across the sourcing organization /li liTranslates complex financial information to clear and actionable insights for stakeholders, business partners and the trading team /li liContributes to the broader Global Trading Sourcing (GTS) financial planning and performance management processes /li liContinuously improves valuation methodologies, reporting quality and analytical tools /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience /li li5–8 years of experience in FPA, controlling, audit, transaction advisory, corporate finance or other analytical finance functions /li liIn depth understanding of derivatives finance and financial markets. Interest in commodity markets /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities /li liAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills /li liExperience with SAP or similar ERP systems /li liExperience with Power BI, SQL, data analytics or programming would be an advantage /li liFluent English is required; additional languages are considered a plus /li /ul pAt Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity Inclusion.
