Senior Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own partner marketing and lead generation at Futurae. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, you'll build the strategy, run the programs, and hold the pipeline relationship with Partnerships and Sales. As Futurae's priorities shift, so will this role and your focus, giving you exposure across different corners of marketing. You'll also informally mentor the Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Product Managers working alongside you. You won't manage them formally, that sits with the Marketing Lead, but you'll set the standard, give direct feedback, and be the first escalation point before things go up the chain. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable leading strategy conversations as they are bringing tasks to completion. Credibility here comes from doing the work well, not from delegating it. Requirements Tasks Responsibilities Own the marketing strategy for partners and lead generation, set priorities and be accountable for pipeline outcomes Design and run co-marketing programes across strategic alliances, resellers and technology partners Act as the primary marketing point of contact for Partner Managers and Sales Leads on pipeline targets Build and maintain playbooks for partner and lead-gen programes so campaigns can scale and repeat Track, measure, and report on pipeline impact and ROI across your domain Take on field events or other marketing projects as priorities shift Monitor competitor activity and market positioning to inform future planning Qualifications Experienced in B2B marketing, in SaaS/technology ideally with long and complex sales cycles Experience running lead generation programs (webinars, content syndication, ABM or similar) tied directly to pipeline Track record owning partner marketing end to end, strategic alliances, resellers, tech partners, you've set the direction and been accountable for the results Strong commercial instinct: comfortable in pipeline conversations with Sales and Partnerships, and connect marketing decisions to revenue outcomes Data-driven mindset, hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM, marketing automation and Ai Comfortable moving across project types as priorities shift, rather than staying in one lane Some experience informally mentoring or coaching junior marketers is a plus Experience planning and executing field events is a plus Fluent in English, strong presentation skills in German, French, or Italian is a plus Willing to travel occasionally for partner programs or events Benefits Work with purpose and take ownership in an international team Grow with a company where your ideas matter Hybrid work model (remote and Zurich HQ) Join our yearly company-wide event Keep learning with a yearly education budget Joint co-working days for remote teammates About Futurae At Futurae, we're on a mission to redefine secure authentication and fraud prevention through seamless, user-friendly solutions.
