Profile

• Engineering degree (FH/HES or ETH/EPF) with several years of experience in managing infrastructure projects as well as collaborating with strategic partners and clients.

• Management of projects as client (Maître d'Ouvrage) in the field of photovoltaics and/or battery energy storage systems (BESS) at industrial and commercial sites.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in this environment and the ability to successfully represent projects with high added value to clients and potential partners.

• Thanks to strong leadership skills, management of all project aspects (financial, contractual, and technical) as well as ensuring coordination of all internal and external stakeholders up to commissioning.

• Result- and customer-oriented approach as well as a strong affinity for business development: structuring offers, preparing dossiers, client relations, negotiation, and building sustainable partnerships with installers and engineering firms.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and synthesis skills as well as confident oral and written communication, including with contacts at executive level with clients and partners.

• Enjoyment of teamwork while also being capable of leading projects independently and responsibly.

• Ability to operate in an informal and rapidly changing environment and to quickly integrate technological innovations and new business models, especially in the area of energy flexibility and energy storage.

• You want to engage in projects that contribute to reducing our emissions and the energy transition.

• The position is based in Zurich; you report hierarchically to our parent company in Morges. Your area of activity covers the entire German-speaking part of Switzerland as well as Ticino.

• With French or German as your mother tongue, you are perfectly bilingual. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support market prospecting and the development of innovative solutions.

• Qualification of potential projects and responsibility for preparing offers, including responding to tenders for projects with various technologies, focusing on photovoltaics.

• Involvement of the necessary specialists to consolidate all decision-making and project definition bases.

• Overall responsibility as client (Maître d'Ouvrage) for all project phases: studies, cost estimates, obtaining official permits, preparation of detailed financial plans, tenders, ensuring investment financing, implementation, and commissioning.

• Participation in presenting the solution and offer to the client, preparing the corresponding contracts, and leading contract negotiations up to signing.

• Ensuring proper implementation of projects and coordination of contracted companies up to acceptance of the completed installations.

• Coordination of interfaces between clients, partners, and internal teams (engineering, legal, finance, operations) to secure project scope, scheduling, risks, and contractual obligations.

• Responsibility for contract drafting with partners (tenders, offer comparisons, negotiations, awards) as well as introduction of performance monitoring (quality, safety, deadlines, costs) in the sense of continuous improvement.
