As a Power Management Trainee, you will support the development and verification of the technologies that power our hearing instruments and chargers, helping us deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that make a real difference in people's everyday lives. /p pbWhat you'll do /b /p liPerform experiments to evaluate battery runtime, power consumption, and charging performance in real-world usage scenarios /li liBuild, calibrate, maintain, and improve test setups and measurement systems for battery and power-management verification /li liDevelop and execute automated test scripts and verification frameworks /li liVerify the performance of battery and power management systems in hearing devices and chargers /li liAnalyze measurement data, create visualizations, and prepare technical reports /li liTroubleshoot test equipment and continuously improve testing processes /li liCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on power electronics, charger integration, and system-level investigations /li pbWhat you bring /b /p liCurrently enrolled in or graduated with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field. /li liBasic programming skills in Python.
