StellenbeschreibungppWe are looking for a bManager - Group Consolidation, Reporting Accounting /b for a permanent position, available to start as soon as possible, to lead Scott Group’s consolidation activities. /p h3Your Mission: /h3 pIn this role, you will be responsible for leading the Group's consolidation, financial reporting and budgeting processes. You will ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS, oversee Group reporting activities, support strategic finance initiatives and serve as a key contact for auditors, controllers and management. In addition, you will act as the Group Accounting referent providing technical accounting guidance across the organization, ensuring consistent application of accounting policies and supporting the resolution of complex accounting matters.. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Group Consolidation, Financial Reporting IFRS /h3 ul liPrepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures in accordance with IFRS. /li liEnsure the accuracy and completeness of consolidation adjustments including intercompany, profit in inventory and equity eliminations as well as foreign currency translation and IFRS-specific accounting adjustments. /li liCoordinate and review reporting packages submitted by subsidiaries. /li liAnalyse and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions across the Group. /li liMaintain and improve Group accounting policies and reporting guidelines. /li liMonitor new and revised IFRS standards and assess their impact on the Group. /li liSupport the implementation of new accounting standards and reporting requirements. /li liManage and improve consolidation and reporting systems, including SAP S/4HANA and related reporting tools. /li liParticipate in finance transformation projects and reporting process improvements. /li /ul h3Budgeting, Forecasting Financial Analysis /h3 ul liCoordinate the preparation of the annual consolidated budget and periodic forecasts. /li liConsolidate budget submissions from subsidiaries. /li liPerform variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast. /li liCollaborate with controlling department to provide financial insights and business performance analysis. /li liSupport management reporting. /li liVarious financial analysis. /li /ul h3Audit, Compliance Internal Controls /h3 ul liCoordinate group audit and act as the primary finance contact for external auditors during quarterly reviews and year-end audits. /li liCoordinate audit requests and ensure timely delivery of supporting documentation. /li liEnsure compliance with IFRS, local statutory requirements and internal accounting policies. /li liSupport SOX or equivalent compliance programs where applicable. /li liAssist with regulatory reporting and finance governance initiatives. /li /ul h3Business Partnering Team Leadership /h3 ul liCollaborate with finance teams, controllers and accounting managers across the Group. /li liProvide technical accounting guidance and support to subsidiaries. /li liTrain finance teams on reporting requirements and accounting developments. /li liDrive standardization and best practices across Group Finance. /li liLead consolidation and reporting team members. /li /ul h3Group Accounting /h3 ul liServe as the Group Accounting referent and primary point of contact for technical accounting matters across the Group. /li liProvide guidance and support to local finance teams on IFRS and Group accounting policies. /li liDrive consistency in accounting practices and reporting across all entities. /li liSupport the maintenance and update of Group accounting policies and reporting guidelines. /li /ul h3Your Profile : /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. /li liProfessional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, ExpertSuisse, CA, or equivalent). /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 8–10 years of experience in consolidation, financial reporting, audit or Group finance. /li liProven experience with IFRS reporting within an international and multicultural environment, ideally across multinational organizations with multiple legal entities. /li liPrevious experience within a Big Four audit firm is considered an advantage. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liAdvanced knowledge of IFRS and Group consolidation principles. /li liStrong understanding of financial statement preparation and disclosure requirements. /li liExperience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Group Reporting or equivalent consolidation tools. /li liAdvanced Excel and data analysis skills. /li liExperience with Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools is a plus. /li /ul h3Personal Competencies /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. /li liExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. /li liAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liHands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset. /li liAbility to challenge processes and drive continuous improvements. /li liHigh level of integrity, reliability, and professional judgement /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
