Due to continued investment in manufacturing operations and site growth, the business is looking to appoint an experienced bProduction Manager /b to support the Head of Production in delivering operational excellence across the manufacturing function. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of a key production area, leading multiple production teams while driving safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement. /p pReporting directly to the bHead of Production /b, you'll play a pivotal role in developing people, improving manufacturing performance and ensuring production targets are consistently achieved within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liReport directly to the Head of Production and support the delivery of site manufacturing objectives. /li liLead, coach and develop Production Supervisors, Shift Managers and production teams. /li liDeliver KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity. /li liDrive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across production. /li liEnsure production plans are achieved while maintaining GMP, Health Safety and Quality standards. /li liWork closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Quality teams to optimise operational performance. /li liMonitor production performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. /li liSupport manufacturing projects, process improvements and operational change initiatives. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul liPrevious experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Shift Manager or Operations Manager within bFood Beverage, Pharmaceutical or Chemical Manufacturing /b.
