ph3Tasks /h3 ul liBuild, manage, and develop international strategic accounts and ophthalmic hospital groups /li liDevelop and implement long-term growth strategies for key accounts /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers /li liLead contract and pricing negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders /li liCoordinate international customer management with Sales Directors and distribution partners /li liManage cross-market pricing strategies and resolve channel conflicts /li liRepresent the company in strategic customer meetings, business reviews, and international congresses /li liMonitor market and competitive developments and provide strategic recommendations /li liIdentify new business opportunities and support the development of new market segments /li liContribute to the development of the global Strategic Account strategy /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage /li liMinimum of 10 years of sales experience in medical technology or capital equipment /li liProven track record in international Key Account Management /li liStrong understanding of complex procurement and account management structures /li liExperience in ophthalmology or ophthalmic medical technology is an advantage /li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills at executive level /li liStrategic, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented mindset with a high level of initiative /li liExperience coordinating international and cross-functional teams /li liFluent English; additional European languages are an advantage /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) /li liWillingness to travel internationally /li /ul pWe offer you an exciting challenge in a growth-oriented medical technology market.
