Job Description

• Administrative and organisational support of the field sales and sales team
• Preparation, processing and follow-up of quotations
• Monitoring and coordination of delivery dates in close cooperation with production and logistics
• Telephone and written support and advice to customers
• Receipt and processing of customer enquiries and orders
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information between customers, field sales, production and logistics
• Maintenance of customer and master data in the ERP or CRM system
• Support in optimising internal processes in inside sales
• Participation in export processing and international customer orders

Profile

• Completed commercial training or a comparable further education
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position in inside sales, customer service or sales support
• Basic technical understanding and enjoyment of dealing with technical products
• Confident German language skills at native level, fluent French skills, knowledge of Italian an advantage
• Experience in export business and international order processing an advantage
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with various contacts
• Trainer certificate or willingness to obtain one an advantage
