This role combines business leadership, product strategy, customer engagement, and innovation to strengthen EM’s leadership position and expand the adoption of RFID technologies across existing and emerging markets. /ph3Job description /h3pNo remote / hybrid work model possible for this role Key responsibilities /pulliOwn full PL responsibility (revenue, margins, cost structure, and investment decisions) of the RFID Business Unit. /liliDefine and execute the RFID Business Unit strategy with full ownership of growth, profitability, and market leadership. /liliDefine and manage budgets, forecasts, and investment priorities to maximize return on innovation and product development. /liliDrive product roadmap, portfolio management, and new product introductions aligned with market needs. /liliBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Represent EM in key industry bodies (e.g., RAIN Alliance) and strengthen its leadership within the RFID ecosystem. /liliDrive business development, strategic account engagement, and ecosystem partnerships in close collaboration with the Sales organization. /liliMonitor market trends, competition, and emerging applications to identify new business opportunities. /liliLead the RFID Business Unit organization, including product management and RFID engineering, while fostering strong collaboration with Sales, Operations, and other key functions. /liliDefine clear performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs) and drive a results-oriented culture. /liliFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliStrong sense of ownership and accountability with the ability to drive results in a matrix organization. /liliStrategic thinker with solid business acumen and strong execution capabilities. /liliStrong financial acumen with proven ownership of revenue and profitability. /liliDeep understanding of RFID technologies, applications, and market dynamics. /liliStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. /liliCustomer-focused, collaborative, and able to influence at all levels of the organization. /liliWillingness to relocate to Neuchâtel, Switzerland. /li /ulh3Professional Requirements /h3ulliMinimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor, RFID, connectivity, or related technology markets. /liliProven experience in business unit management, product management, marketing, or business development. /liliDemonstrated success in driving profitable growth and managing cross-functional teams. /liliStrong network within the RFID and broader IoT ecosystem. /liliFluent in English; French and/or German are a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
