For over 35 years, EM has been a pioneer in RFID technology, building a strong market position and a globally recognized ecosystem presence. /p h3Job Description /h3 pbNo remote / hybrid work model possible for this role /b /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn full PL responsibility (revenue, margins, cost structure, and investment decisions) of the RFID Business Unit /li liDefine and execute the RFID Business Unit strategy with full ownership of growth, profitability, and market leadership /li liDefine and manage budgets, forecasts, and investment priorities to maximize return on innovation and product development /li liDrive product roadmap, portfolio management, and new product introductions aligned with market needs /li liBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
