Compliance Assistant - Onboarding Private (3 months contract)

Job Descriptionbr/br/pAs a Compliance Assistant, you will be part of the Compliance Department and will be responsible for multiple tasks, including: /pulliReview client account opening requests for private clients from an AML/CTF perspective (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB). /liliReview tax compliance requirements, including FATCA and CRS (Automatic Exchange of Information). /liliContribute to the drafting of internal memos and procedures. /liliParticipate in reviews of key clients. /liliParticipate in key regulatory projects. /liliOptimize internal processes and guidelines. /liliProvide support and advice to the Front Office and management. /li /ulbrQualificationsbr/br/ulliBachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Law or Economics. /liliMinimum of 2 years of experience in the Compliance field. /liliExcellent command of English and French; German is a strong asset. /liliStrong analytical and methodological skills. /liliExcellent communication skills. /liliStrong team player who enjoys working in a multicultural, dynamic, technology-driven, and international environment. /li /ulbr/br/Additional Informationbr/br/pSQ1 /p
