This role will be positioned with a strong link to our senior business and IT leadership to ensure process design ambitions are business-driven and value-focused. This role can be placed in Buchs, Switzerland or Darmstadt, Germany. /p /brpThe person in charge is tasked with leading a team focused on continuous improvement and innovation within the ERP framework. This role requires managing a team in order to make key decisions that significantly modify and improve development of our ERP template for a highly complex business area, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives and global operational imperatives. The position requires engaging with senior leadership to secure support and buy-in for key initiatives and process changes. The role emphasizes the need for deep expertise in change management and a mastery in aligning substantial business changes with long-term organizational goals. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliAccountable for the strategic design, deployment, and enhancements for ERP-related supply chain planning solutions /li /brliIntegrates and aligns with other global and local teams and stakeholders in a matrix organization to promote seamless operational coherence across global platforms /li /brliDrives transformative initiatives and decisions that align supply chain planning ERP processes with new global strategic objectives /li /brliEngages with senior leadership to communicate and secure buy-in for major supply chain process changes and initiatives /li /br /ul /brh3Who You Are: /h3 /brpYou are a senior leader with experience working with complex business processes with expertise and in-depth knowledge in supply chain planning strategy, inventory management, and global logistics operations and the Life Sciences industry.
