You will play a critical role in driving profitability, managing risk, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with SGS Group standards and policies. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbFinancial Leadership Governance /b /pliLead the full finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. /liliOversee budgeting, forecasting, business planning, accounting, and auditing activities. /liliEnsure compliance with local regulations, SGS policies, and accounting standards. /liliManage internal controls, risk management, provisions, accruals, and working capital. /liliReview CAPEX proposals and investment opportunities. /liliSupport internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented. /liliPrepare financial presentations for Board and Shareholder meetings. /lipbBusiness Partnering Performance Management /b /pliPartner with operational and commercial leaders to support business decisions. /liliProvide financial insights on profitability, pricing, investments, and growth opportunities. /liliIdentify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies. /liliDrive performance monitoring and support delivery against budgets and targets. /liliChallenge and support stakeholders through data-driven financial analysis. /lipbStrategy Transformation /b /pliSupport the CEO in executing strategic priorities and growth initiatives. /liliContribute to acquisitions, due diligence, and integration activities. /liliLead the finance workstream of key business and transformation projects. /liliTranslate corporate objectives into actionable finance strategies and plans. /liliSupport deployment of SGS Group projects and initiatives. /lippbQualifications /b /p /ppbExperience /b /pliMinimum b10 years of experience /b in a senior finance leadership role. /liliProven experience leading a complete finance function. /liliExperience within a multinational organization; matrix environment experience is advantageous. /liliStrong expertise in financial accounting, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. /liliExperience working with shared service centers. /liliKnowledge of financial systems and ERP platforms; experience with Hyperion, HFM, and Oracle is an advantage. /lipbEducation /b /pliDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline. /liliSwiss Chartered/Certified Accountant qualification is highly desirable. /lipbLanguages /b /pliFluent in English, bGerman or French /b. /lipbLeadership Profile /b /ppYou are a business-oriented finance leader who combines strategic thinking with operational execution.
