Luxury Experts is currentlyrecruiting several Sales Associates (m/w) on behalf of an internationally recognised Lifestyle brand for one of its boutiques in the greater Zurich area.

Your Mission

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll welcome customers, bring the brand to life and actively contribute to the success of the boutique through exceptional service and strong sales performance.

Your Responsibilities

•Welcome, advise and engage with customers

•Deliver an outstanding shopping experience

•Drive sales and contribute to boutique targets

•Maintain excellent product presentation and visual merchandising

•Handle cash desk operations and daily boutique activities

•Support stock management and deliveries

•Perform after-sales services (SAV)

Your Profile

•Previous experience in retail sales or customer service

•Strong interest for watches & jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or design-driven brands

•Positive, energetic and customer-focused personality

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Team player with a hands-on attitude

•Fluent German and good English skills

•French or any additional language is an advantage
