pbTECHNICAL ADVISOR /b /p pbROLE /b /p liSupport customers to reinforce competitive edge and leadership by delivering high class services with innovative products and solutions contributing to the protection of global currency and security documents /li liSupport customers with expertise and solutions during the implementation use of our products /li liContribute to the Technical knowledge sharing to customers /li liEnsure support in problem solving issues and products optimization /li liKeep customer satisfaction by ensuring products and solutions performance /li liParticipate in the development of new products and solutions within the different RI projects /li liIn collaboration with various departments (RI, Regional Business Directors, Marketing and Manufacturing Operations), participate in the promotion of our new products, solutions and concepts /li liManage administrative tasks related to the service and activities. /li pbPROFILE /b: /p liEngineering degree in Chemistry or equivalent in printing industry (3-5 years’ experience in chemical or printing industry is an advantage) /li liVery flexible and willing to travel around the world (up to 50%) /li liDemonstrated ability in managing multiple tasks/projects along with the ability to work in a fast paced team environment independently /li liAbility to establish credibility with internal external stakeholders, strong ethics and customer orientation /li liExcellent communication interpersonal skills /li liFluent in English and in French.
