Human by nature. /p pAs Senior Regulatory Data Analyst (reporting to the Registration Compliance Lead, Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy CoE), you will work within our Regulatory Ingredients Compliance Strategy CoE – Registration compliance, you will provide subject matter expertise with chemical regulatory compliance, chemical management and be responsible for by carrying out compliance monitoring reviews to ensure the business is meeting its regulatory obligations and risks are mitigated. /p pIn this role, you will develop, implement and maintain processes, programs to ensure compliance with existing and emerging chemical control legislations. /p pSounds interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and are skilled at fostering strong relationships. /p h3In This Exciting Role You Will /h3 ul liPerform compliance monitoring on all aspects of the CCL (Chemical Control Legislation) to assess compliance with applicable regulations, standards and outcomes. /li liCollaborate with the RAPS team and business stakeholders to finalise reports for presentation and submission to relevant boards and sub-committees, in line with the requirements of the plan, including impact analysis for decision making. /li liProvide analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights /li liAttending sub-committee’s sessions as required to present monitoring findings and recommendations. /li liSupport the review/update/development of the regulatory/compliance policies and procedures to ensure they remain appropriate, relevant and effective. /li liParticipate to the development of the solutions to ensure of the compliance globally, the testing and the training of the teams as needed /li liDefine and deliver metrics, reporting platforms, dashboards for tracking and managing the compliance /li liTracking of monitoring actions through to successful resolution /li liIdentify business challenges and initiate process improvement projects /li liFacilitate the computerization of analytics and data collection processes /li /ul h3You? /h3 pAre you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world? Then come join us – and impact your world. /p h3Your Professional Profile Includes /h3 ul liUniversity / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field /li liA minimum of 5 years relevant in a compliance role in chemical or related industry /li liProficient knowledge of BI, SAP, or other business Intelligence tools.
