Ensure delivery of effective, consistent, and stable infrastructure environments. Act as the single point of contact for IT infrastructure requirements. /p pThis role is responsible for supporting quality and compliance of global Digital Core Site Services, including audits and adherence to internal policies. /p ul liManage external IT support vendors to meet service level agreements and local business needs. /li liCoordinate IT support requirements with vendor IT support teams. /li liOversee day-to-day IT infrastructure service activities and project delivery. /li liProvide support for meeting room technology and high-profile digital/virtual meeting events. /li liWork with global service managers to improve supplier service levels. /li liBuild effective working relationships with business partners, IT groups, and vendors. /li liCoordinate service and project delivery with the onsite business IT lead. /li liDeliver services and projects within timelines, focusing on business user experience. /li liExplore innovative technology to simplify and automate work. /li liProvide IT consultancy and operational support. /li liManage service failures and coordinate troubleshooting of complex issues. /li liImplement and deliver first class Tech On Point user support and individual or team classroom trainings (onsite, offsite,f2f,remote) /li liSupport budget planning activities. /li liAct as a change agent for global infrastructure project adoption and implementation. /li liFacilitate education for business to enhance productivity and collaboration through technology. /li liPlan, implement, and support telecommunication equipment and platforms. /li liManage site telecom hub and infrastructure assets. /li liAssist with procurement tasks, including installation of new IT equipment. /li liPerform routine system operations and manage supplier support for local IT equipment. /li liPerform access security review and maintenance. /li /ul h3Global Digital Core Site Services - Quality and Compliance /h3 ul liAssist with implementation and maintenance of quality and compliance standards as guided by the organization Quality and compliance lead. /li liSupport audits and preparation. /li liIdentify and oversee solutions for IT quality governance improvements. /li liMonitor IT quality levels and initiate corrective actions as needed /li /ul ul liDiploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. /li liFamiliarity with supporting infrastructure technology (Desktop/Mobility/Network/Conference Room Technologies). /li liExperience with Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools (Office 365 suite, Outlook, Teams). /li liExperience using automation tools such as Power App; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage. /li liExperience working in a regulated environment /li li2+ years of Information Technology experience. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liStrong teamwork and collaborative skills. /li liProject management and work coordination skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priority projects. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExposure to AI productivity tools (Microsoft Copilot) and basic knowledge of generative AI capabilities. /li liBroad knowledge of IT and fast learning acumen of business needs. /li liFamiliarity with quality and compliance-related practices /li /ul pWork permit: Candidates must hold a valid Swiss work permit or be a citizen of Switzerland or a European Union member state. /p pbWe look forward to welcoming you to the Akkodis adventure! /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
