Our sustainable success is based on our talents and on how we partner with our clients and communities to create lasting value. /p h3Role /h3 pMotivated, passionate, hard worker and positive individual who continuously aims to make outstanding contributions and effect a difference from day 1. /p h3Main Responsibilites /h3 ul liExecute all BRM controls on Investment Solutions area on a monthly respectively quarterly basis and ensures precise and proper documentation of results /li liPreparation of the IS RSC and IS BRM control report /li liEnsure that the identified control NOKs and related risk mitigating actions are timely remediated /li liContribution on preparation of the annual IS risk and control self-assessment (RSCA) as well as other ad hoc assessment reviews. /li liWork with the Regional and Global PB BRM to achieve a robust First Line of Defence in the Area /li liReport on the internal control environment and potentially arising risks or issues. /li liCollaborate with local Compliance teams, Ops Risk and auditors for any ad-hoc reviews /li liKey contact person a IS Area Level for IT, tools, trainings topics and issues /li /ul h3Skills and experience /h3 ul liEconomics Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the related field /li liExperience in the Financial Audit Industry, Risk Control domain, Compliance and Risk Management functions /li liExcellent data analysis and and Program Languages (Python, SQL, R), Bloomberg Terminal /li liLanguages required: English, German, French and Italian /li liPro-active and clear communicator with strong organizational skills /li liDetailed oriented, precise and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines /li liWilling to go the extra mile, efficient and resourceful /li /ul h3Our Values /h3 ul liAccountability: Taking ownership for tasks and challenges, as well as seeking continuous improvement /li liHands-on: Being proactive to rapidly deliver high-quality results /li liPassionate: Being committed and striving for excellence /li liSolution-driven: Focusing on client outcomes and treating clients fairly with a risk-aware mindset /li liPartnership-oriented: Promoting collaboration and teamwork.
