p An international company, active across multiple countries, is looking for an experienced bSAP Project Manager /b to lead an S/4HANA release upgrade project, based in the Zurich area (50% on site).br/ /pp You will take overall ownership of the project, leading a cross-functional project team, and working directly with the steering committee and stakeholders across several departments and countries.br/br/This position is open to freelance also. /pp bKey responsibilities: /bbr/ /pul dir="ltr"li Overall project management of the SAP S/4 upgrade projectbr/ /lili Plan and monitor the project, prepare steering committee materialsbr/ /lili Align with other projects and departments to clarify dependenciesbr/ /lili Communicate with stakeholdersbr/ /lili Maintain comprehensive project documentation (project plans, status reports, decision logs, risk registers, steering committee materials)br/ /li /ulpbr/ /p br/h3Requirements /h3p br/ /pul dir="ltr"li 10+ years of SAP experience, including a proven track record managing SAP S/4HANA release upgrade projectsbr/ /lili Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver within scope, time, and budgetbr/ /lili Solid technical understanding of upgrade-related concepts (client concept, freeze periods, dependencies with other projects and systems)br/ /lili Experience with large-scale, multi-business-unit, multi-country landscapes is an advantagebr/ /lili Excellent communication skills; the project runs in English, German is a strong plusbr/ /li /ulpbr/ /p br/
