ppWe are hiring an experienced bSenior Manufacturing / Process Engineer /b to join a highly specialised, international high-tech manufacturing environment. /ppThis role is ideal for someone who combines strong manufacturing engineering expertise with hands‑on experience in industrialisation, design transfer and the optimisation of complex production processes. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDeveloping and optimising precision assembly, alignment and inspection processes /liliManaging production‑line setups, operator workstations and manufacturing infrastructure /liliLeading New Product Introduction and design‑transfer activities into Operations /liliDefining, building, validating and improving production and inspection equipment /liliManaging cost‑reduction and operational‑improvement projects with responsibility for timelines, deliverables and budgets /liliSupporting product lifecycle management, component obsolescence and production‑capacity adjustments /liliCollaborating closely with RD, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales and Program Management /liliDriving high first‑pass yield, process stability, cost efficiency and on‑time delivery /li /ulh3Ideal Profile /h3ulliAt least four years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering for low‑volume, high‑precision products /liliStrong experience with complex machinery, optomechanical, electromechanical, automation or mechatronic systems /liliProven experience with production‑line setup, industrialisation, NPI or design transfer /liliExperience developing, building, or validating production and inspection equipment /liliExposure to regulated manufacturing environments; medical‑device or ISO 13485 experience is highly advantageous /liliProject‑management or team‑leadership experience is an advantage /liliStrong analytical, conceptual and problem‑solving skills /liliA hands‑on, accountable and collaborative working style /liliProfessional communication skills in both German and English /liliAvailability for approximately 10 % international travel /li /ulpWe offer significant ownership, varied technical challenges and the opportunity to influence how sophisticated products move from development into stable and efficient manufacturing. /ppInterested, or know someone who may be suitable?
