And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond! /ph3About the Role /h3pThe Manager FPA Cocoa Sourcing is a key member of the Global Cocoa Finance organization and is responsible for financial analysis, performance reporting, forecasting and valuation activities supporting Barry Callebaut (BC) Sourcing. /ppThe role works closely with trading, logistics, risk management, accounting and finance teams to provide transparency on financial performance and support informed decision-making. Through exposure to commodity markets, derivatives, supply chain finance and international trade, the position offers a unique opportunity to develop deep finance expertise within one of the world's leading cocoa sourcing organizations. /ppWith increasing experience, the role is expected to take on broader responsibility for complex analyses, key finance processes, and the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities. /ph3Key Responsibilities Include /h3ulliOwns the monthly financial closing and reporting activities for BC Sourcing /liliResponsible for daily commodity valuation activities and weekly mark-to-market reporting /liliSupports financial analysis related to trading performance and commodity market developments /liliSupports forecasting and budgeting activities by providing reliable financial insights and recommendations /liliAnalyzes supply chain costs and operational performance drivers across the sourcing organization /liliTranslates complex financial information into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders for business partners and trading team /liliContributes to the broader Global Trading Sourcing (GTS) financial planning and performance management processes /liliContinuously improves valuation methodologies, reporting quality and analytical tools /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience /lili5–8 years of experience in FPA, controlling, audit, transaction advisory, corporate finance or other analytical finance functions /liliIn depth understanding of derivatives finance and financial markets.
