Become part of the global Liebherr world and shape the future with us. /ph3Your Responsibilities: /h3ulliYou are responsible for the end‑to‑end bid management of defense opportunities, from opportunity qualification through proposal submission /liliYou coordinate and orchestrate all bid‑related activities across internal stakeholders (engineering, sales, legal, compliance, finance) in a highly complex organizational environment /liliYou ensure timely, compliant, and high‑quality preparation of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs in international contexts /liliYou actively structure, plan, and drive bid activities with a high level of organizational discipline and transparency /liliYou support capture and win‑strategy activities, including customer, OEM, and partner coordination during pre‑bid phases /liliYou manage bid schedules, risks, decision gates, and management approvals with a strong focus on effectiveness and efficiency /liliYou contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of bid and opportunity management processes in a growing defense business environment /liliYou support the structured handover from bid to contract execution and early program setup /liliYou help establish scalable structures and ways of working for a still evolving defense business within the organization /li /ulh3Your Profile: /h3ulliYou hold a university degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable field /liliYou bring experience in bid management, capture management, project management, or a related function, ideally within defense, aerospace, or complex industrial environments /liliYou are recognized for your strong organizational talent and your ability to structure complex topics, processes, and stakeholder landscapes /liliYou are comfortable working in environments with evolving structures and actively contribute to building new processes and ways of working /liliYou combine a hands‑on, execution‑driven mindset with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and reliability /liliYou demonstrate excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills across functions and hierarchy levels /liliYou are willing and motivated to grow your role towards capture and early program management responsibilities /liliYou are fluent in German English; additional languages are an advantage (Spanish / French) /li /ulh3Our offer: /h3pAt LIEBHERR, you can expect an independent role in a full-time position, offering a varied and exciting challenge within an internationally successful group of companies, along with attractive employee benefits and social benefits. /pp“This position is subject to a background check process; the process is conducted by our partner" /ppOne Passion.
