You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies across web and mobile channels, drive operational excellence in manual and automated testing, and ensure full alignment with regulatory and data privacy requirements. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities : /strong /pullipStrategy Planning /p /lilipDesign and implement risk-based test strategies aligned to project timelines, scope, and regulatory constraints. /p /lilipDefine and maintain test plans covering functional, integration, system, performance, and regression testing. /p /lilipTest Execution (Manual Automated) /p /lilipExecute test cases and end-to-end scenarios across web and mobile e-banking journeys (onboarding, payments, trading, client communications, alerts). /p /lilipOperate and execute existing automation packs /p /lilipExposure to automated testing tools or frameworks like Selenium, Playwright is a plus, CI pipelines, and test management tools (JIRA X-Ray) /p /lilipAnalyze logs and results to triage failures. /p /lilipValidate back-end behavior via SQL queries, API validations, and log analysis. /p /lilipQuality Governance Reporting /p /lilipEnforce QA standards, test traceability, and documentation across the SDLC. /p /lilipUse JIRA and Xray for test management, traceability, defect lifecycle, and coverage reporting. /p /lilipProvide concise QA dashboards and KPIs to QA Lead, Release Management, and Project Management. /p /lilipDefect Risk Management /p /lilipLog, prioritize, and track defects; facilitate triage with Development, DevOps, and Business. /p /lilipEnsure clean entry/exit criteria by release; contribute to go/no-go decisions. /p /lilipUAT Stakeholder Collaboration /p /lilipCo-define UAT strategy with business stakeholders, document acceptance criteria and success metrics. /p /lilipSupport UAT execution, defect triage, and sign-off readiness. /p /lilipContinuous Improvement /p /lilipDrive process improvements in test design, data management, and automation reliability; contribute to playbooks and reusable assets. /p /li /ul h3Profil /h3 pstrongRequired Technical Proficiency : /strong /pullipTest Operations /p /lilipStrong experience executing manual and automated tests across web and mobile in an Agile environment. /p /lilipHands-on with test management using JIRA and Xray (test plans, executions, traceability to requirements and defects). /p /lilipBasic understanding of version control workflows (Git) for fetching branches and running tagged suites. /p /lilipData API Validation /p /lilipProficient in SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and back-end testing. /p /lilipExperience validating REST APIs (e.g., Postman, Swagger, etc..) and reviewing application logs. /p /lilipTooling /p /lilipDefect tracking and reporting using JIRA; test design and execution in Xray is essential. /p /lilipAnalytics/reporting on test KPIs and coverage using Xray/JIRA dashboards or BI tools. /p /li /ulpstrongPreferred Skills : /strong /pullipFinancial Services /p /lilip5+ years in banking, ideally Private Banking/Wealth Management; solid grasp of payments, trading flows, client onboarding/KYC, and portfolio reporting. /p /lilipExposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and familiarity with languages like Java or Python is preferred for reading test code and interpreting failures. /p /lilipExperience with mobile testing (e.g., Appium) and cross-browser/device testing. /p /lilipExperience defining UAT strategies, test data management, and environment orchestration. /ppstrongSoft Skills : /strong /p /lilipStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, risk-aware mindset. /p /lilipClear, concise communicator; able to translate complex technical findings for business stakeholders. /p /lilipCollaborative, proactive, and comfortable facilitating cross-team triage. /p /lilipAdaptable, with a continuous learning mindset and ownership of quality outcomes. /p /li /ulpstrongLanguages : /strong /ppProficiency in French and English required; German is a plus. /p
