As a Senior Manager, you will support multinational clients in modernizing their record-to-report, financial close and group reporting processes – combining business expertise, strategic vision and cutting-edge technologies. /p /brpYou will play a key role both in business development and in the delivery of high-value projects. /p /brh3Your Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brlipbBusiness development /b: actively identify and develop client opportunities, lead go-to-market initiatives and build lasting relationships with senior finance stakeholders /p /li /brlipbStrategic advisory /b: guide clients in designing, optimizing and standardizing their financial close processes (close calendars, governance, controls) /p /li /brlipbProject delivery /b: lead project teams on end-to-end finance transformation engagements covering accounting, group reporting, consolidation and close acceleration /p /li /brlipbTarget operating model /b: advise clients on finance function operating models, including roles, responsibilities and process ownership /p /li /brlipbTechnology ecosystem /b: develop and maintain strategic partnerships with ERP / EPM / Fast Close technology providers /p /li /brlipbClient engagement /b: lead high-level workshops and discussions on close quality, accounting efficiency and enabling technologies /p /li /brlipbPeople development /b: manage, coach and develop team members on record-to-report and close excellence topics /p /li /br /ul /brh3Your Profile /h3 /brul /brlipbEducation /b: Master\'s degree in economics, finance, accounting or (business) informatics; CPA or equivalent is a strong plus /p /li /brlipbExperience /b: minimum 7 years in finance consulting or audit / advisory, with a strong focus on record-to-report, financial close or group reporting /p /li /brlipbBusiness expertise /b: deep knowledge of accounting, consolidation and close processes in a multinational environment /p /li /brlipbTransformation /b: proven track record in finance transformation initiatives and process optimization /p /li /brlipbTechnology /b: strong interest in finance systems, automation and close acceleration tools; hands-on experience with ERP, consolidation or close management platforms is a clear advantage /p /li /brlipbCommunication /b: excellent interpersonal skills, confident in C-level discussions /p /li /brlipbLanguages /b: fluent English is a must; German and/or French is a strong plus /p /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
