The consultant will play a key role in defining the future sourcing strategy, building contract manufacturing capabilities, coaching procurement teams and supporting recruitment. /p h31. Define the Contract Manufacturing Category Strategy /h3 ulliDevelop a mid-to-long-term sourcing strategy (5-year horizon). /liliDefine the future sourcing footprint, including nearshoring and outsourcing scenarios. /liliLead make-or-buy assessments and industrial sourcing recommendations. /liliDesign supplier segmentation and target supplier panel architecture. /liliAssess supplier capabilities, industrial risks and capacity constraints. /li /ul h32. Design the Future Target Operating Model /h3 ulliDefine the future operating model for the category. /liliEstablish governance, decision-making processes and stakeholder interfaces. /liliDesign KPIs, performance measurement frameworks and management routines. /liliStrengthen collaboration between Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain functions. /liliContribute to building scalable procurement capabilities for contract manufacturing activities. /li /ul h33.
