For the Swiss subsidiary of a leading international company in the field of medical technologies, specialising in cutting-edge surgical solutions, we are looking for a Strategic Account Manager for the French-speaking Switzerland region.



Strategic Account Manager Surgery (m/f)

Your area of responsibility and tasks:

  • Management of the portfolio of surgical and endoscopic procedures within a defined sales area
  • Key account management: monitoring and developing existing customer relationships, as well as prospecting new clients through a strong service orientation and sharp technical expertise
  • Establishing a solid network with specialists, department heads and purchasing managers
  • Presenting new techniques through clinical sales and supporting initial test applications in the operating theatre (both inpatient and outpatient)
  • Strategic and targeted implementation of the commercial strategy and action plan
  • Close interdisciplinary collaboration with application specialists and maintenance technicians
  • Active participation in national and international sales training as well as specialised congresses

Your profile:

  • Completed training or studies in the medical or technical field
  • Several years of experience in the sale of consumables and/or capital goods, ideally in the surgical or hospital sector for products requiring thorough support
  • Proactive and practical commercial talent, with the ability to present new therapeutic methods
  • Team spirit, reliability and flexibility, with technical understanding and a strong customer orientation
  • Besides French (native language), good knowledge of English; German is an advantage
