Become part of the global Liebherr world and shape the future with us. /p ppbYour Responsibilities: /b /p /p pThe Bid Capture Manager Defense is responsible for structuring, managing, and continuously improving complex defense bid and capture activities, while building scalable processes and enabling the transition towards early program management in a growing defense business. /p liYou are responsible for the end‑to‑end bid management of defense opportunities, from opportunity qualification through proposal submission /li liYou coordinate and orchestrate all bid‑related activities across internal stakeholders (engineering, sales, legal, compliance, finance) in a highly complex organizational environment /li liYou ensure timely, compliant, and high‑quality preparation of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs in international contexts /li liYou actively structure, plan, and drive bid activities with a high level of organizational discipline and transparency /li liYou support capture and win‑strategy activities, including customer, OEM, and partner coordination during pre‑bid phases /li liYou manage bid schedules, risks, decision gates, and management approvals with a strong focus on effectiveness and efficiency /li liYou contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of bid and opportunity management processes in a growing defense business environment /li liYou support the structured handover from bid to contract execution and early program setup /li liYou help establish scalable structures and ways of working for a still evolving defense business within the organization /li ppbYour Profile: /b /p /p liYou hold a university degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable field /li liYou bring experience in bid management, capture management, project management, or a related function, ideally within defense, aerospace, or complex industrial environments /li liYou are recognized for your strong organizational talent and your ability to structure complex topics, processes, and stakeholder landscapes /li liYou are comfortable working in environments with evolving structures and actively contribute to building new processes and ways of working /li liYou combine a hands‑on, execution‑driven mindset with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and reliability /li liYou demonstrate excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills across functions and hierarchy levels /li liYou are willing and motivated to grow your role towards capture and early program management responsibilities /li liYou are fluent in German English; additional languages are an advantage (Spanish / French) /li ppbOur offer: /b /p /p At LIEBHERR, you can expect an independent role in a full-time position, offering a varied and exciting challenge within an internationally successful group of companies, along with attractive employee benefits and social benefits. b“This position is subject to a background check process; the process is conducted by our partner" /b
