Your missions

• In coordination with the project manager and the solution architect, contribute to the implementation and operation of IT solutions for schools in Fribourg
• Analyse requests and propose solutions adapted to the context, according to the technical-functional needs gathered
• Support schools and local IT managers in the use of services (Level 2 support)
• Contribute to documentation, procedures and continuous improvement

Desired profile

• Federal diploma related to the field, complemented by certified training in the activity domain, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT, preferably in educational IT (8 to 10 years)
• Teamwork, adaptability
• Analytical skills, curiosity and interest in technologies
• Service orientation and ease in collaborating with various stakeholders
• Adaptability and motivation to evolve solutions and practices
• Interest in knowledge transfer and sharing best practices
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration
• Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German (minimum B1)
