Sales Coordinator - maternity leave cover

In collaboration with Customer Service, Project Managers, Controlling and other contacts, you initiate the opening, monitoring and closing of projects and services.

Desired profile:

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
• Experience in sales administration in an international context
• Proficiency in an ERP, ideally SAP
• Comfortable with Microsoft tools, especially Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling transversal work with various contacts (colleagues, suppliers, clients...)

Main responsibilities:

• Order and invoicing management: confirm orders and manage invoicing for retrofit projects; confirm and invoice technical interventions requested by clients; confirm and invoice serial machine production; administer maintenance contracts; confirm orders and submit invoices on various client portals if necessary
• Debt collection follow-up: take proactive and regular actions to recover amounts owed by clients
• Request management via e-Ticketing: resolve various internal and external requests addressed via the e-ticketing service
• Audit preparation and participation: prepare and participate in audits on sales coordination processes, including compliance, internal, ISO and financial audits.
• Document management: save and update documents on various platforms such as CRM, SPT, and Project Archiving
