It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliLead complex global programs, ensuring successful execution from development through commercialization. /liliLead cross‑functional teams to deliver product development programs aligned with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. /liliAct as the primary BD program lead for external development partners, distributors, and third‑party organizations. /liliBuild and manage integrated program plans, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and critical paths. /liliDrive collaboration across Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and RD teams worldwide. /liliEnsure successful integration of externally developed products into BD systems, processes, and commercial portfolios. /liliManage governance processes, executive reviews, risk assessments, and leadership reporting. /liliIdentify and mitigate program risks while maintaining strong execution discipline and accountability. /liliSupport strategic partnership initiatives and evaluate new external development opportunities to strengthen the infusion portfolio. /li /ulh3What Success Looks Like /h3ulliDeliver programs on time, within scope, and in compliance with BD quality and regulatory standards. /liliCreate alignment across complex global organizations and external partners. /liliBuild trusted, high‑performing relationships with distributors, OEMs, and third‑party development partners. /liliDrive informed decision‑making through structured planning, risk management, and effective stakeholder engagement. /liliEnable seamless product integration and successful market launches. /li /ulh3What You’ll Bring /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). /lili10+ years of experience within the Medical Device, Healthcare Technology, or MedTech industry. /liliProven experience leading complex cross‑functional programs in highly regulated environments. /liliStrong knowledge of medical device development processes and regulatory frameworks, including FDA, MDR, and ISO standards. /liliExperience working with external partners such as distributors, OEMs, contract manufacturers, or strategic development partners. /liliDemonstrated success delivering large‑scale, multi‑stakeholder initiatives within global matrix organizations. /liliExceptional leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. /liliAbility to influence senior leaders and build alignment across diverse internal and external teams. /li /ulh3Why Join BD? /h3pBe part of a global healthcare leader dedicated to advancing patient care.
