This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with solution architecture and leadership responsibilities, ensuring that global software components are successfully integrated and adapted to local business requirements. /ppThe successful candidate will work closely with international teams, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions, guide development activities, and drive high‑quality software delivery within an Agile environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAnalyse global software components and assess their implementation within local Claims and Motor environments. /liliDesign and document solution architectures and technical specifications. /liliIdentify and define local enhancements and adaptation requirements. /liliLead and support distributed development teams across international locations. /liliProvide technical guidance on solution design, development, and integration. /liliPromote best practices in software engineering, architecture, and development standards. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. /liliConduct and support code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing activities. /liliEnsure quality, maintainability, and scalability of software solutions. /liliDrive architecture discussions and support decision‑making across teams. /liliContribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliSupport the implementation of event‑driven and microservices‑based architectures. /li /ulh3Essential skills /h3ulli10+ years' experience as a Lead Developer, Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect. /liliMinimum 3+ years' development experience within complex enterprise environments, preferably in the Claims domain. /liliExperience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams. /liliExperience working within international and geographically distributed teams. /liliStrong understanding of Agile software development and delivery practices. /liliStrong hands‑on experience with Java (17+), Spring Boot 3.x, and REST APIs. /liliExperience designing and developing microservices and event‑driven solutions using Kafka. /liliKnowledge of Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) principles. /liliExperience with Git, JUnit, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. /liliCloud platform knowledge (Azure and/or AWS). /li /ulh3Desired skills /h3ulliClaims or Motor insurance domain experience. /liliExperience with insurance core platforms. /liliExperience with OSGi, Eclipse Plugins, or Camunda. /li /ulh3What do I need before I apply /h3pNur Bewerber:innen, die berechtigt sind, in der EU oder in der Schweiz zu arbeiten, werden berücksichtigt.
